This was the fastest and the smoothest refinance we have ever had. Julie and Dat were Very communicative and on top of everything right from the start to end. They were flexible with their mode of communication. We got a good rate at no closing costs. The underwriting process was smoothest ever, with least amount of conditions and hiccups. They closed everything within two weeks. I would definitely recommend this team for refinance.

I was really lucky that Hugo from Owning called me on Aug 28th 2021. I have to give these guys kudos for getting my loan done in less than 20 days. Maybe mine was easy to do because of all the paperwork and credit score but these guys are great. Did not pay a dime to do it and did my new loan at 1.875, 15 year fixed. This was the 2nd time dealing with them and both times they did a great job. If you need a loan then I highly recommend them and you guys can try it out.

Our financial advisor recommended Owning because he had just secured a loan from the company. My wife and I were pleased with the refinance process, beginning with Steven who went out of his way to answer all of our concerns and show up on the weekend to retrieve a fax from me. I owned an escrow company and have worked with mortgage processors for many years. I found the service I received from Lee Davidson and Jimmy Doan on the owning.com team the best I've experienced. She responded quickly by phone my concerns, kept me well informed during the process, and was available by phone to the Notary on a weekend to help avoid a second appointment. I just received a refi of our mortgage with Corning. Their communication with me was amazing. And this is one of the keys to a successful loan. They found me a great rate and even more important they paid for many of the "normal" fees. E.g. they paid for the appraisal of our house, the notary fees and other fees. This alone saved us money. Hai Nguyen and Adrienne Poon are the best. It took a little longer than we expected but once the approval came thru it was great. Hai was always there when I needed questions answered. He is the best, explained everything in a way we could understand. Kept our rates at the same level as promised. Will definitely refer them to friends that want to refinance. When rates dropped even further a few months later, I tried to refi with Owning.com again. Turns out you can't refi with the same company until one year has passed. I could have refinanced with a different company, but after everyone else's fees and closing costs, it wasn't worth it. On the DAY I was eligible to refi with Owning again, I began the process and dropped my rate to 1.99% for a 15-yr fixed (again with no fees or closing costs).
