We had an excellent experience with our refinance with Owning. It was easy and fast, was able to close in 3 weeks. Thai Dang and Thai Tran were awesome. They gave us updates and answers our questions anytime. I would recommend Owning to do your mortgage refinace.

To my surprise, I literally could not have had a better experience than I did. As a customer, I have been a part of more than 20 mortgage transactions (either doing my own or helping friends / family) and I have never had a smoother experience than this. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tom about two months ago after I closed my loan for my home. I explained to him that I wanted to refinance days after I closed to take advantage of the builder credit for going with their preferred lender. He understood me and offered me a rate lower than Loan Depot. I knew I wasn't getting the best rate with Loan Depot, but I didn't care, I had no intention of staying with them (despite Loan Depot's insistence that I was getting the "best" rate). We recently refinanced our house to take out some equity. Owning was able to provide the best rate we could find for a 30- year loan, we closed early, and there were no financing fees (as advertised)! We've refinanced a few times and this experience was the smoothest. When we received a check as a refund for the escrow account on our previous loan, we weren't able to deposit the check in our account.
