I compared rates with all the major mortgage companies and it's very common for companies to advertise low re-fi rates and then you call them and they tell you the rate is much higher than advertised. So, I was surprised when I got a re-fi rate even lower than I expected. The team from owning especially Cindy was great and always responded to my questions no matter what time it was. I guess with COVID they are all working from home anyways. Very easy company to work with.
Just concluded our second re-finance on our home using Owning aka Guaranteed Rate in as many years, and they were efficient, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process.
