I worked with Trina and Tracy with Owning. My experience has been awesome. The rate the gave me is excellent. No other agents could match it. They are very responsive and prompt. We closed in about 2 weeks, which is the fastest process that I've experienced. I highly recommend them.

I filled out the owning.com survey for a refinance after seeing an ad on TV. Joseph Rebolledo reached out to me right away and was extremely nice and easy going through my first ever refinance. He was patient as I was asking a million questions and he worked with my limited time frame with a busy work schedule. Did it again...........not my first refi cycle w/ owning.com but just closed a loan today and it is a fantastic deal. Just as they said, lowest rates around and no costs. They are organized and easy to work with. Guy I worked w/ is Hai Nguyen, never missed a beat and got it across the finish line. The loan officer you work with makes a big diff, this guy gets it done

I've used Owning for a purchase and a refinance. Great rates and low cost loans. Awesome experience. Jason, Raquel and Emily are who I dealt with. All of them were very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Their communications were prompt and pain free. In this day and age, you always run into foreign call centers and script reading. I have refinanced three times in the past year and several time over the years. This was the smoothest transaction ever. Loan closed ahead of time. Loan officer was Piage Afshar. The entire team was outstanding. I had very good/good service from prior refinances, but this one by far was the most efficient, fastest, and effortless. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Owning (assisted by Piage and Lee). They were professional, fast, responsive and made the process as quick and painless. Everything happened as explained. Also, Owning gave me the best rate I was able to find after shopping around quite a bit. They also covered all the transaction costs. Highly recommend, you cannot go wrong.

Excellent customer service by Piage and Lisa. The entire process was smooth and effortless. I highly recommend them without any hesitation. I had tried Owning before and was turned away. Glad I was able to get hold of Piage thru my sister's insistence and recommendation.
