I just refinanced my home loan with Owning. It was definitely my best experience ever with a home loan. The whole process took about 22 days and was smooth and stress free. I was looking to Refi my home. So I scoured the internet to see who had the best Rates. I decided on Owning because they had rates at 1.95 APR and this was when the rates were starting to rise around July. This was my second refi with Owning and they did a great job again. This time, they actually called me to offer me a lower rate! We have four people on title, two of which live in another city, and they made the process seamless and easy. Will definitely do business with them again.
I did refinancing two times with Owning. Both times they are efficient (~3 weeks), closing statement is exactly as initially quoted, minimal required document and follow up. Don't hesitate if they quote you the best offer!
Owning and the team consisting of Guy Ady and Colleen Mai delivered as promised. Never have I ever closed a loan as fast and diligent as I have with owning. Amazing experience refinancing with Owning. From start to finish this was the best experience i have had in my 12 years of owning/refinancing my home. The process was less than 21 days which is un heard of and even after getting cash out, the points were lower than anybody else. I would recommend to anybody to use Owning for any mortgage needs.
Well we got off to a rough start , And I must say she exhibited patience and understanding to make me comfortable well beyond the Call of Duty. We soon got on track.
