My wife and I financed numerous properties over the past 30 years, and never experienced such professionalism as we have with Anthony Vo, and his team at Owning. The process went as promised, and all promises were fulfilled as indicated. I highly recommend Anthony and his team to anyone looking to refinance, or get a new loan. Dylan Nguyen was my mortgage officer at Owning, and I have nothing but the best to say about him and his service. Everyone working for Owning made my refi process painless and quick. Communication by email was almost real time and very efficient. I had originally applied through my loan servicing bank, Flagstar Bank, which was a huge mistake because it still did not close after 5 months. I fired them and then started with Owning. Hai Nguyen at Owning was the most efficient Mortgage professional anyone could ever work with. Chantha Em, loan processor, ensured my loan moved through the approval process up until closing.
