I just refinanced my mortgage loan with owning and it was by far the most seamless and painless refinance I've ever done. The whole process from application to funding took only 17 days and that was due to the hard work of our Mortgage Specialist Hai Nguyen and our Loan Processor Cindy Dang. Dylan Nguyen was my mortgage officer at Owning, and I have nothing but the best to say about him and his service. Everyone working for Owning made my refi process painless and quick. Communication by email was almost real time and very efficient. I had originally applied through my loan servicing bank, Flagstar Bank, which was a huge mistake because it still did not close after 5 months. I fired them and then started with Owning. I called Owning with a couple of questions, after answering everything expeditiously I was funded and closed less than 3 weeks later. So easy and professional.
