They quoted a price $300 to cremate a dog. I told them the dogs aprox weight is 55lb and they quoted me $300 for ashes in a Ceder engraved box. When we drove the dog there today they raised the price and said it would cost $461. I told them they quoted $300 over the phone and had I known they would change the price, I would have taken the dog to another vet that is cheaper. They are dishonest and greedy! Don't use this vet

Just got out of this place and it was useless huge waste of time! My dog is lethargic and his stomach is distended and hard he was shaking. Took him here and they wanted $1,000 deposit which I refused then the doctor talked to me said he has a back issue which is not the case ! It's his stomach as when I touch his stomach he whimpers. I asked her what she thought it could be she had no answers!! It was absolutely a waste of time and money!! My dog is still in pain panting and stomach is the same. Worse than used care salesmen. I called to ask about the pricing for pet hospitalization, their response was that no pricing is available, they insist on me writing them a plain check and them writing the price at the end. No straight answers, all they do is try to squeeze as much money as possible from you. Avoid this place like a plague.

Hello, Yuriy. Unfortunately, there is no way that we can give a blanket price for hospitalization as we have no idea what medical state your pet is in until we evaluate them. We always present an estimate prior to any treatment/ hospitalization but that is after an exam is done so that we can make an accurate assessment.

Just like everyone else says, they are absolutely only focused on the money. Their first questions aren't even about your pets health or what the emergency is, but rather if you can sign payment-guarantee forms. Sure, liability or whatever, but for gods sake have some compassion. That aside, their general demeanor is entirely focused on charging more

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!! My dog threw up a lot of blood & had a seizure so naturally we panicked & went to the closest emergency room. Wish I had researched it first. This place only cares about money & will do everything they can to take as much money as possible. My visit left me dissatisfied & concerned about the level of care provided to my beloved pet, Sarge. I'd have to agree with few comments here that they're really after your wallet than anything else. Reminds me of scenario where you walk in to a used car dealer because you need a car for work but they'll charge you absurd amount and get you locked in high interest rate. We took our dog because our vet misdiagnosed our dog and recommended us this hospital. After $1000 worth of tests and meds they recommended surgery to remove her uterus at a price of $17,000! My first impression was excellent. They diagnosed all diseases that my cat happened to have pretty quick. My cat needed to be hospitalized for a week, but they allowed me to visit him every single day, allowed me stay with him for hours, gave me updates every few hours over the phone, and texted me with bunch of photos that made me relieved to see my baby's face. Yes, our policy is 48-72 hours for refills when we are busy but obviously, if an owner runs out, we will always get the meds filled asap which we did in this case! I lost my 16 month old baby boy here which is unexpected, it's been 5 month now and I am still in tears when I just think about I made the worst decision by took Latte over there, I had no questioned to paid you $2000 for just 5 hours, you simply call me my dog is dead without any emotion and he is only 16 month old! Unfortunately, we will never know exactly what happened with Latte except that he had a very high fever and most likely pneumonia. Update: It has now been 14 days and I still haven't received the PCR results. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I'm reducing the rating to 1 star. AVOID.
