We have (unfortunately) taken two of our pets here for after hours emergencies. We've received great care for both our pets and felt the staff were very kind and professional. I felt like our pets were in good hands. Our dog has anxiety at the vet usually and, despite another dog in an emergency situation barking during our visit, they kept him (and us) feeling very calm and safe. When I came in, I knew there was a high chance I may never bring my little girl home. I walked in and was an emotional mess. Despite it being one of the worst days of my life, the staff was great and made the process as smooth as they could. I appreciate how they worked with me during an extremely difficult time.

Last night my dog Bandit ate a tampon so we called Pacific CARE and they instructed us to come in right away, we took him in and waited as they induced vomiting. As nerve racking as this was, they came back and were able to get it out. Shoutout to Renee and all the friendly staff who took care of our baby and I truly felt like everyone genuinely cared, the vet was so sweet and explained to us how crucial it was to get him in as he would not of been able to pass it. I will first admit that I am a tired first time mom of a newborn and recognize many simple things can easily overwhelm me! By mistake, my husband and I both gave night time meds to our geriatric pets (a cat and a dog) which sent me into an absolute fearful frenzy that I had overdosed them. After all, they are our babies too!! This was the third emergency hospital that I called and rather than dismiss me, Renee was a savior. My son brought our family dog, Penny, into the emergency clinic for labored breathing. She had recently had surgery in October, tumor/mass removal. We were aware she had cancer but thought it would not come back as aggressively. After the techs went over everything with my son, he called me and they explained her X-Ray and that the cancer had taken over our poor girls lungs. Devastating news. Brought in my kitty for having some issues peeing and appearing to be in pain. Both Renee and dr Beaman were attentive and kind. They spent lots of time informing me and provided me with different options for how to handle my kitties urinary issues that would work with my schedule. He appears to be feeling better already. Cost was reasonable. Thank you.

The staff are incredibly kind, especially during an emergency. Our vet was amazing and spent a lot of time talking with us about our dog to resolve the problem. It is clean and very professional. I highly recommend this hospital.

I brought my 17 year old fur baby Jazzy to them a week ago as my regular vet which I love was closed and I didn't want to wait until Monday. They were recommended by my regular vet if you have an emergency on a weekend. They met me at the door at 5AM on a Saturday morning and treated me and my kitty with the utmost care and compassion. They did an exam on her and thoroughly asked all the necessary questions and you could tell they were really listening to my questions and concerns. My baby boy Kylo had his cancer treatments here with Dr Hauss and her staff. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. From Dr Hauss being the most understanding and compassionate people I've ever met, her staff is outstanding and the front desk staff (especially Erin and Eros) are absolutely fantastic. They were all so supportive and sweet to us and our boy. Even though Kylo lost his battle with cancer I highly recommend this facility! Thank you all for everything you did for us and for him
