I cannot say enough great things about Pacific Care. We brought them a very sick pup, and the docs and all staff worked together tirelessly and made use of all resources available to help him. We felt that they went above and beyond to give him the extras, like love, pats, and attention over an extended stay; the staff knew us and treated us with compassion as well. This is a group that cares about our pets as much as we do!

Went in for an emergency visit for our dog today. The staff were so friendly, accommodating, and informative. Dr. Chiang had great bedside manner, gave us the facts, and was adept at giving us honesty when we needed it. Her assistant was also very sweet and informative. While ultimately our dog received the worst news, the staff kept us informed the whole time, made sure blood work and ultrasounds were done, and rushed lab work even late on a Friday so we could make informed decisions. My Basil was very sick and I tried taking him to a vet to get him checked out. I was told they couldn't restrain him so I needed to take him somewhere else. Mind you he is the sweetest thing and loves everyone. I took a chance on this place and I was stressed out/crying cause all I wanted was someone to take a look at my boy. I was SO impressed and happy with all the help that I received for my dog Amy at Pacific Care! Amy was sick and wouldn't eat very much food for almost a week. Her vet recommended an ultrasound, and another vet recommended Pacific Care. I remember taking my older dog here many years ago. I also received terrific care for my dog Bailey at that time. My 11 month old kitten wasn't eating so I took her to Pacific care to be checked out. Come to find out she has pancreatitis and G.I. issues. The entire staff was so amazing! I can't count how many times I called them with questions or concerns and not once did they treat me like I was a pain in the butt, or that I was any kind of burden they were always so willing to provide the information they could. The entire team : Dr. Lessard, Dr. Mejia, the entire front desk staff, the tech staff, the Night Shift teams, the hospital staff and nurses were all extraordinarily thoughtful, attentive, and spectacularly skilled in their areas of expertise. They were each also kind, and extremely kind-hearted. I cannot thank you all enough for saving my dog's life, and for providing him with a level of care that we have not experienced at any other veterinary facility, under any circumstance.

Based on our recent visit this past weekend, we give Pacific CARE 5 stars! We were debating taking our pet to somewhere nearby (we live near LA) but after the good reviews on google, we decided to take him to Pacific Care. Our dog Theo had a medical emergency over Memorial Day weekend. Our Vet office was closed so we took him to the emergency pet hospital that they recommended - Pacific CARE Pet Emergency. We're so grateful that we did because they took the best possible care of our furry boy. He spent two nights there and now, one week later, he is doing great and back to his usual self. The staff are WONDERFUL. Despite being busy and dealing with emergencies, they took the time to explain everything in detail and patiently answered any questions. They also came across as so competent and capable at their jobs that I feel so reassured that my dog was in great care. This was the first time I ever had to leave her in a hospital overnight, but I was actually able to sleep knowing that she was in the best possible hands.
