I want to thank the entire staff at Pacific Care for their professionalism and dedication to bringing my puppy home. They are all so brilliant and kind; I am truly thankful for the doctors, technicians, front desk workers, and everyone else who is part of the team. My experience at this facility has made me respect individuals in this field much more and those who work graveyard shifts. Outstanding doctors, techs and staff. Our sweet dog was treated for lymphatic cancer. Such an impressive new facility. I swear, if I had cancer, I'd want to go here for treatment.

Very pleased with the friendly and knowledgeable staff in taking care of our 9 year old Yellow Lab Banks From the moment we walked in the door front office staff were very friendly and professional as was the physicians assistant in gathering preliminary background info on Banks while he was being examined in the back Dr Lei was very thorough and comprehensive in her assessment in regards to possible preliminary treatment plans. The staff and doctors at Pacific Care are the best! They saved my dogs life! The office staff are very nice and the doctors are very thorough and explain everything to you. The facility is immaculate and they have someone constantly cleaning. They always gave us an upfront estimate before they proceed with any treatment. Thank you for all you have done for our pet!

Just came back from this emergency service with my 9-year old beagle. We had a great experience there. Staff were very friendly, patient, courteous and informative. The wait was reasonable and the vet - Dr. Lei was very professional and knowledgeable. Together they quickly helped to solve the issue my dog had on his eye. We came home both happy and relieved from knowing that it was not a major heath concern.

If i could give a million stars I would. This hospital and all of its staff ABSOLUTELY saved our cats life. We brought our girl in with kidney failure on 1/4 and the check in process was easy. The Vet we saw was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and really made us feel comfortable with the treatment plan. Every day the doctors would check in with us in the morning and evening and provide and update. They are the best - and I mean everyone. Starting from the phone contact, to arrival, through triage and the Vet. We have now had 2 emergency visits and both times we were fortunante to be seen in a timely manner. They are evry clear that becuase they are an ER clinic the wait can be awhile as the service the highest need animals first. Both times them were thorough and spend quite a bit of time evaluating our Bernedoodle. Friendly staff, nice, and properly equipped facility. However, this is all good as long as you keep in perspective what this place is and isn't. It's an emergency facility and not to be confused with your regular vet who helps you with the ongoing care of your pet. They provided care for my dog with a chronic respatory condition, and a maintenance solution which was above what my normal vetinarian offered. I have a very sensitive dog and we have been coming here for years. As I sit outside watching new clients come in. Something I love about this place is that they will take your fur baby right away and start working. Then they'll comfort you and help you with the paperwork. They really know what they're doing here. I will continue to drive an hour and a half just to get here because they're the best in the business. P.s Mack Sebastian loves everyone here.
