Words can't express my appreciation to the entire staff, especially Dr. Beamon, for taking such good care of my dog while she had kidney failure. Dr. Beamon is extremely detailed and understands pets are family. She calls just to let you know how your pet is doing. The receptionist was always super friendly, and I loved that they allowed visits and nighttime phone calls for check-ins. This Veterinary Hospital is first class. Beautiful facility. Well trained staff. Very kind doctors, techs, and office staff. The prices are quite high, but they respect the pet owner's views on what they can afford and how many tests they're OK paying for. Their protocols upon dismissal are greatly lacking. Our dog was vomiting and had to stay overnight with an IV. It was pretty hard for both of us but they were very kind about it and updated me on her progress whenever I called. Pacific CARE Pet Emergency & Specialty Hospital is to be commended for their professionalism, patience and compassion towards my dog Willow. Willow was only a little over a year old and diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease by another speciality clinic. From the moment I arrived, we were treated so sweet. It's never pleasant when something is wrong with you baby, but the staff made sure we were so comfortable. They were super friendly and didn't make us wait for hours. Room care of Coto immediately and were so friendly

We were referred here by our local pet smart in Rancho. We just got this doggy a couple hours ago and found him covered in ticks because he was left out side the whole time );;. We came to this place not knowing if they would take him and help us out with our situation. The staff were very professional, friendly and interested in finding out about our cat's problem and in determining what could be done for him. They diagnosed his cancer and were very helpful in discussing all the options for what could be done about it.

I loved the attention and they were very helpful You guys were super informative. We took my pet on short notice and thankfully it was handled pretty quick I went on a Tuesday at 1 am. We really liked that before doing anything we were informed of the prices and they were quick to give us the treatment for my puppy
