if you love animals and need lifesaving care/treatment from a compassionate team who loves your fur babies as well, then Pacific Care is a must. Our doggie had surgery three years ago and recovered at Pacific Care Pet Emergency. They took such wonderful care of him and he made a full recovery. After two years he developed diabetes and pancreatitis and Pacific Care took great care of him and helped us manage his diabetes. We had to let him go recently but know that Pacific Care was the reason we had him for another 3 years and we are thankful for that. The staff is excellent and very caring and compassionate. All of the staff is professional and timely in urgent care. They put your pet first and explain exactly why xyz is the best treatment plan, what they plan to do and update you as soon as they're finished on how your pets doing. Also they're incredibly helpful afterwards on the phone if you have more questions/concerns about your pet. Someone was nice enough to text me pictures of our cat to say hi when he had to stay a few nights just so we knew he was okay.

We were referred here for specialty care when my 15-year old pup started having liver and heart problems. It's always tough watching a pet age but we knew she was in good hands. The doctors here always took the time to explain results and discuss treatment options. She is no longer with us, but we had to bring our new puppy here late one night a few weeks ago. When it comes to my furbabies, it is nothing but the best. We visited Pacific Care again in May 2024 and the service and treatment is still amazing. The front desk staff are welcoming and reassuring and when I arrived, Elsie was waiting for us with a warm smile. The vet tech Erin was kind and loving with our dog. having a 2 month old puppy is a blessing.. my puppy was experiencing abnormal behavior. Staffing was wonderful and so caring for my little pup. They went above and beyond to even kill a spider off my window in the middle of me handing her over. Also wanted to add they answered all my questions when it came to pet insurance. Took me right in w/o an appointment..I feel comfortable coming back for anything. Office is well kept and clean and welcoming. Thank you!!!

I am satisfied with the service and treatment my cat & I received here. It was expensive, but that is expected with emergency veterinary services. Ashley, the vet tech, was very kind and worked with us to find a solution for my cat. Would recommend for other emergencies if primary care is not available.

From the front desk staff to the amazing Dr. Lessard and her assistant Brittany, I cannot give enough stars. My 14. y.o. Yorkie Kai (aka fur son) was very ill for many days with vomiting and trembling. Also excessive thirst and urination. After many vet visits a friend recommended Pacific Care. This review is for Dr. Jennifer Hauss and her amazing staff. Our dog was diagnosed with lymphoma in January of this year and Dr. Hauss and her staff have been nothing short of amazing. She explains everything very throughly, while showing an immense amount of care and empathy.
