I was in and out within an hour. All vet techs quickly took Ringo and helped us in a stressful moment. I was honestly shocked at the fast wait time. Also, the doctor came out and spoke to me and was very efficient. Most emergency hospitals take a long time but this place was so fast and efficient! Kept calm and quickly took Ringo into care

Super fast and super welcoming. There was no wait coming here after my dog swallowed a sock and needed to get induced to vomit asap. Typically induced emesis is most effective within 4 hours of swallowing, so luckily I brought my dog here within 1.5 hrs after calling to check if they can take her in. I was greeted by nurse Ariel immediately at the door, where she gave me paper work to fill out, and took my dog in to check her vitals. 10 minutes later, they come out to give me a diagnosis and overview of the procedure and... read more

Everyone was very helpful at Pacific Care. It was clear from my arrival that this team was organized and had good communication with one another. The facility was also very clean. I appreciated the overall responsiveness and that they did what they said they would do.

It's so hard having a sick puppy with more than one issue Everyone from reception to the vets taking time to explain things was good even though it's sucks what my puppy was going through Yes she's my puppy staff Explained everything and felt you really cared

We had a second pet emergency within a couple of months. Of course it was on a Sunday. Once again Pacific Care came through. I just can't recommend them highly enough. Their prices are fair, they are accurate with their estimated wait times, and the doctors and staff are great. Such a relief to know they are there. The difference between them and other emergency vets is significant. Feels like they are there to care for our pets, not to take advantage of an emergency situation.

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for this Hospital! Going in not only once but twice for an emergency for my cat they provided the best care for my cat..... Thank you to the staff for taking such great care of Theodore and making it a less stressful time for me. They do not nickel and dime you; very fair.

It was my first time, I had an appointment, but still had a little wait. Everyone was very friendly and I could tell that is just how everyone was, because I was there for several hours so I observed how others were treated. Dr. D was very thorough and her assistant Tanya was very compasionate.
