Dr Duesburg was recommended by one of her colleagues. She was thorough and caring and explained our cat's condition in a way we could understand. promptly prepare a plan to do what is best for my cat. A plan of action and consistent communication is key!

Dr.Chung saved my furr baby's life. The staff and Dr.'s are absolutely amazing. My 1 year old Australian cattle dog was extremely sick and all the Dr.s and hospitals i took her too couldn't figure out what was wrong with her. They just told me she was going to die. For two months I was devastated they couldn't help her with all the testing they did and medications they gave her to treat her symptoms. Nothing worked. We had such a great experience with Pacific Care. My sweet pup was brought in for vomiting and ended up needing emergency surgery. The team was so kind and whenever I had a question or just wanted to check on her they were more than happy to help me. Took the best care of my pup!

Very caring staff. While the wait was long, they do prioritize pets by their severity of illness. Doctors and staff took time to explain and listen to you. I just wish they were closer to me in Yorba Linda. The doctors are great. Wish the staff was better with the billing. Payment was demanded before they would even see my dog, $1000. Then another $3400 for treatment. Oh, the actual cost was only $2500 and had to make multiple requests to get an itemized receipt to submit to my insurance company for reimbursement. I visited Pacific Care Pet Emergency a few months back when my main ER vet couldn't see my pup. I was so pleased with the staff as well as the doctor and the care she received. It seemed very well run, they communicated well, and the cost was quite affordable compared to other ER vet specialities. I will definitely be returning should the need arise and would highly recommend them!
