The care, concern, and communication of each staff member was remarkable. Everything, Obtained the records from Frank's primary vet, took thorough info about Frank's current problem, evaluated and observed Frank so they could recommend the best way to treat Frank.

Very clean facility. We were seen almost immediately. The intake process was well managed and terms and conditions very clear. The communications process was excellent. I knew what to expect.

I was referred to Pacific Care Pet Emergency by my primary vet. I live in Long Beach, so they are not the closest emergency vet to me, but will be my first choice from this point forward. My dog Bettie was refusing to eat or drink, and this had been going on for several days. Took my cat to Pacific Care Pet Emergency and and Specialty in May of 2022 to have a swelled cyst on his neck examined. Dr Chung and her assistant Steven seemed knowledgeable and outlined a treatment plan. We started with the "conservative" approach, to the tune of $1,550 for ultra sound, x-ray and EKG. Apparently my 15 year old cat had an irregular heart beat that was discovered thru examination and the EKG. The vets are skilled and techs helpful. Our dog was very sick from complications due to diabetes. We were unsure if we should treat him or if it was time to put him down, and the vet helped provide some guidance. We were glad we made the decision for treatment as he is doing better now. I do feel like the cost was very high - one night was the same I pay for a quarter tuition for my son. It is helpful they were available on holiday (we took him in on Memorial Day) and provided good care for our dog

This place is awesome ! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable! They took great care of my dog and were very transparent about options for his care. The staff was thorough and professional which is something I really appreciated. I will only go to this hospital if emergency care is needed for my pup. Also with all the animals going through there idk how they keep it so clean! Thank you guys very much for today!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean new building and offices. Dr was very sincere and didn't push unwanted tests, procedures or products. Price was on par with other hospitals we have visited in past. Took care of my dog and was very happy to be recommending by our vet. Timely checkin and Dr and assistant kept us posted through all steps.

So it has been a week since we had to take our little girl Blossom to Pacific Care and the staff and doctor was absolutely caring for our loss. I'm not a cat person but this little orange cat had my heart and was very hard for me. I miss her so much and again this place I felt good on our decision to have her go to the rainbow Bridge. Thank you for your heart felt concern for Blossom.
