Dayne Ryan showed up on time, was thoroughly prepared and clearly explained everything this company offers. I had several questions and he took the time to answer and make sure I understood.
Excellent Customer Service. I was consered with my solar output because of our electric bill. Palmetto let me know the production and gave me suggestions on energy saving ideas and offered me a better electric plan to save on costs.

I signed up for a solar panel installation with Palmetto Solar company but a few days later was made aware of a problem concerning a family member and the possibility of having to sell my house within the next few years. This led to my decision of not moving forward with this project at the present time. I informed Palmetto of my decision, and they responded favorably within 48 hours to my request for cancellation. I will certainly go back to Palmetto for any future dealings concerning solar panel installation in the future.... read more
Palmetto has been a good company to work with. The sales and install went well. As questions and concerns have come up their Customer Service has been excellent, Their people have been courteous, patient & responsive.
