I contacted customer service via email regarding my billing. I received a quick response, but I still had questions, so I responded back again. Again, I received a quick response giving me further detailed information making it easier for me to understand the answer to my questions. This additional information clearly explained everything I needed to know to understand my bill. The customer service representative was professional, friendly and patient in giving me what I needed to know. Great service!!
Reps were very efficient,polite, respectful , understanding, was able to solve my problem in a short amount of time. This really helped me.
I saw my account had been canceled and called to see the reason why It was an error on Palmento's end and was quickly evaluated and resolved.
I worked with Brett and Jim to set up my current solar system. The both went above and beyond and now my electric bill is zero and I pay $240 for solar! My average bill was $450/month. Couldn’t be happier. This is the second house I have used you guys and had a great experience there too.

First time accessing to Palmetto app. , as a new customer, I encountered data load error. Calling to the customer service, they patiently listened and solved the issue as the time frame they promised.
Problem with missing Solar data. Cause was determined. Missing consumption meter. Will request adding it.

Address was entered incorrectly but was taken care of and corrected immediately. Very friendly and professional customer service team. Phone was answered by a person not automated machine.
