The point of having prepaid lights is to pay and use what i can. You are making me a minimum and charging me for paying less that $75 ! Horrible

Hi Moesha- You complaint shows that you are frustrated with the $4.95 minimum payment fee. This is understandable and you are correct in that it is applied if you post a payment under $75. To limit the impact , our system breaks this down on a payment schedule of $1 per day. There is also a way to avoid the fee altogether while still posting smaller payments . You can do this by activating autopay on one of your saved cards. You can do this online through your Payless Power My Account Portal or by calling us at 888 963 9363.

Costumer Service is Trash! Over 8 minutes to answer the phone just to transfer me so long that I figured out my problem! However the online services are seemless!

I get how irritating it can be to have to wait on the phone when you are in a hurry. Today discovered A new fee.. if your electric is disconnected A $25 reconnect fee charge.. Along with A min of $75 prepaid service.. if $75 isn’t paid or more then your charge $4.95 fee.. I love the service for 3 years now.. All these new fees . It’ seems the customer satisfaction isn’t important to them any longer

Your comments state that you are concerned about the list of fees show on the Terms of Services. That is understandable however at this time we are not charging any disconnection or reconnection fees. There is a fee of $4.95 for payments less that $75 but you can also avoid this by enrolling in autopay. If an autopayment of at least $40 is posted there is no fee applied. We are not even home on the weekends. We leave Friday morning to school and work and we do not return until Sunday after six. Everything is unplugged and turned off in my house except for my fridge and they’re still stating that we use the same as we do through the week 12 to 14 I really wish I would not have signed your contract because they steal your money.

tengo muchos anos que uso payless power para mi es la mejor compania ,ellos tienen opciones de pagos para facilitar tu servicio , el 1 metodo es una extencion que te dan luego hay otra donde ellos te dan credito con la promesa que tu si va a regresar el dinero y tu servicio es conectado en menos de 10 minutos ,sorprendente pero sierto.

I do not consider the service good, I have been out of the apartment for more than a month because I am working outside the city and without having a single bulb or one day, the service reaches $ 104 monthly, is this fair?

I can see why that would be a problem for you . I have tried to locate an account for you by using your name and email but was unable to locate your account or confirm your plan.
