The emails were lagging when it came to the documents I previously submitted. I had to explain a few times to the loan processing about the documents I sent in vs. what they kept asking for. Lastly, we sent in the same insurance document 3 times.

My one real complaint would have to be that whenever I or my wife called to get answers the person who helped us never seemed to be up to speed on the process. During one of the last calls I made, I was givin out of date info.
