Pennymac preys on their customers at their most vulnerable and reports information incorrectly to the credit reporting agencies. I never had an issue with then until a loan modification where vague and incorrect information was communicated on their part. They refuse to correct anything. Would never do business with them again.

Justin and Leticia did an amazing job. Both helped me with everything I needed. They where able to answer all my questions. Being a first time home owner I didn't understand some things and they both where very kind to explain thing to me.
