Everyone was great through the process. Only one problem was Nija my loan agent from Penny mac wouldn't take my calls or respond to texts near the end of the process. Luckily I was able to get assistance through the 844-917-3669 number.

The title company service was poor at best. I had to follow up quite a few times as they were over two hours late for our appointment. Left multiple voicemails and they had little regard for the value of our time.

Has one of the worst automated systems EVER and the message says "adding more options" try fixing the one already set up circle jerk I cant add an additional bank account on line I'm jumping through hoops to do something so simple as add another bank account
