Pennymac doesn't know anything about customer service. I am very disappointed in how this company conducts business. All they care about is money. I have been trying for 4 days to get an explanation about the charges on my mortgage payment and all I have been getting are excuses. NOT ONE PERSON HAS TRIED TO HELP ME. I am so sorry I have to do business with a company I DON'T TRUST.
