I received a lot of unsolicited emails about needing more information to process my loan. I couldn’t tell if they were from you or not. I just ignored them. Always make sure you mark PennyMac so people are for sure.

Our only issue was with the notary assigned to our loan. Our appointment was for 3 pm. She didn’t get to our house until 4:30. She did let us know she was running a little behind, but not an hour and a half late.
