I was a little confused on having to resend info i had already sent over. It didn't seem like everyone was on the same page and shared what they had already gotten from us. Maybe a little more organized communication.

THE PROCESS WAS VERY EASY AND QUICK. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS I COULD NOT PAY MY MORTGAGE ON-LINE WHILE GOING THROUGH THIS PROCESS BECAUSE IT DEFAULTED TO THE LOAN AND NOT THE MORTGAGE SCREEN. I CALLED IN TO MAKE THE MORTGAGE PAYMENT SO IT WASN'T TOO BAD

Both Nestor Velasco and Sandra Benavidez are "rock stars" and went above and beyond to make "taking a loan" a very pleasant experience. I would absolutely refer my friends and family to PennyMac if they can work with these two employees. Loved them!!
