Experience with this company has being terrible. Not only are they rude but unwilling to assist. This loan is my third in 4 years and was sold to them from my other lenders. Their app has a monthly update deleting all information and forcing you to set up your account again and again. They will not report any late payments until you finally catch up then they’ll report it as late. This allows them to deny any assistance in you’re in a bad situation at the time. Handled both our initial loan and a refinance 6 months later. Miscalculated our property taxes for our escrow withdraw even though it was right on the initial loan. Paid the wrong amount for over a year without telling me my escrow was negative and the taxes were wrong. Sent me a shortage amount for their mistake plus a prorated amount and told me if i didn't pay it my payments would go up 1000 a month.
