If I could leave zero stars I would. We had an assumable mortgage with Pennymac, which we wanted to transfer to our home buyers. I understand this probably isn’t ideal for Pennymac considering we had such a low rate compared to what’s currently available, and boy did they drag their feet. They made this entire process a complete nightmare. At every step of the process, they were completely unresponsive.
