I did not know what all to expect, when, how or the where. All persons were great; HOWEVER - I would certainly like to lift up Russ Martin, he gained my confidence early. Was through talking on phone and in the emails. He was totally transparent.

Very frustrating to deal with PennyMac. They are holding on to our insurance money, it’s bean over 3 weeks. And now we have to show what has been repaired, after hurricane Ian.
