At one point in the process I was having trouble with e-signing and ended up contacting a Mac team member who ended up having to put me through to the tech team. The tech team member that I dealt with was patient and was able help me quickly.

Terrible company with no customer service. Taking advantage of people and lying is their game. Look up the class action lawsuit for ruining people's credit for a start... then read some of the 1 star reviews from real penny Mac customers like myself who have been royally screwed over by them and overcharged. Find a real lender and save yourself the trouble.
