Terrible underwriters. First they didn't like the appraisal that they chose and I paid for. So they paid for another one. That one came in to low, but they wanted to use the 2nd one. We had to do an ROV to contest the 2nd appraisal and between the 2 appraisals and doing an ROV, it wasted 5 weeks with this ridiculous bank! Had to change to a different lender, and cancel this one.
