This place insurance department is a joke. I been going back and forward with them to get a resolution for multiple charges on my escrow for food insurance. No one is able to help you call multiple times and ask for a supervisor and you never even get a hold of one or even a call back. Trying to get a refund of $1,982 for a fraudulent cash check. I have been charge over 5,000 dollars from my escrow for flood insurance with no resolution or nobody from this company caring about what is going on.
