My Mortgage was just sold to Pennymac they are no better than BofA, but thats another story... I received a welcome letter and then immediately received a second letter threatening to place their own Homeowners insurance on my property claiming "our records indicate your Homeowners (hazard) Insurance has expired, and we do not have evidence that you obtained new coverage."
