Although the loan process took quite a while, George clearly communicated why it was taking so long. He was very informative and a pleasure to work with. Once everything was submitted it was a breeze and we signed all the paperwork right at our kitchen table. If I had to recommend it would definitely be PennyMac.

Title company didn't send proper amount to close old loan and I paid more to cover escrow shortage out of closing. Poor math, poor service. No help. No answers, nobody at PennyMac helped and caused me to not have funds for Christmas. My kids thank you for nothing.

Katelyn Shea, Outstanding always notifying and explaining the process of refinancing. Believe me there were times when I just wanted to give up but Katelyn would again explain the process of refinancing and always assuring me.
