That they never had the right amount for the Closing. They were not firm on the Closing date. They change amount of the closing fee 3 times. And the Closing 3 times. As for Mr.Max Mitchell, He is and Asset to your Bank. Great Loan Officer. His staff were great too. The problem was at Headquarters.

Communication was very good... closing closing was on time ,the only thing the closing costs were more than I originally was told when I filled out the vacation. Other wise no complaints .

The communication with Penny Mac was less then desirable. Emails sent should have been reviewed before sending. There was unclearly communication and I had to continue to point out discrepancies. After requesting some clarity my request were ignored for days if not weeks. Penny Macs contact information on their website is baseless. It only provides the same phone numbers and does not allow the customers to retrieve management assistances. I will never recommend anyone to Penny Mac.
