Great refinance. Easy and excellent working with the PennyMac staff.
I won’t recommend pennymac to anyone. They operate like a third world government
The entire process was smooth, extremely thorough, and timely (in spite of 2020). I greatly appreciated the weekly phone call updates. They handled everything, making it extremely easy for my part.
As a first time refinance experience all my questions were promptly answered. All the people that I talked to had all the answers to my questions. It was a smooth process.

I was very pleased with the process.
The process was simple. The only problem I had was getting questions answered in my timing. If you have patience this won’t be an issue. I always received a call back I just had to wait.
From Start to Finish, everyone was very Professional. All my questions were answered promptly and timely. Took a bit longer than expected but I would guess it was probably due to the COVID-19. Everything else was A1 and yes I would recommend Bleu to my friends and family. Thank you!
