Communicated well.
Though our property is typical of the area and real estate market, there was delay in underwriting causing need for 2 appraisals and almost a third. The reason was not clearly conveyed by underwriting. This was the only real hang up in the process. We had to ask the seller for 2 extensions. We were looking at going to a different lender to not lose the sale but just made it. We do not feel this was the fault of Sheryl. She became our advocate.
PennyMac is my lender of choice ! Reliable, Respectable, and dependable! I highly recommend PennyMac to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.

Everyone was great to work with. The process was easy and quick! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home loan or refinance!
Overall I had a good experience, and I would recommend my friends. Loan officer was excellent with communication and explaining everything. He was very knowledgeable.

I feel that is someone has current PennyMac loan, the process should be a bit more seamless. I felt like there was some confusion in some of the process. I think things could improve if internal sections talked to one another.
