Mr. Nelson Massari and Ms. Tiffany Terry were simply awesome! The are professional and communicated effectively throughout the refinance experience.
With the assist of both the loan officer and Frank, I sailed through the process very comfortably, having very little computer experience. The entire staff, including tech support(Hugo) supported me in this transition with the greatest of ease. I am very happy to have this team behind me in assistance. Thumbs up to all involved.
