Ceista Johnson was GREAT and helped me go through it...if it was not for her I would have gone somewhere else.
Given the market was hot with new purchases and refinances, I felt like my refinance was getting lost in the shuffle. Janette and the team were trying hard, but information kept getting forgotten. I reminded the team on multiple separate occasions that our loan would have no escrow/impounds, but still paperwork came to me showing escrow amounts, even up until the end. Additionally our loan closing appointment was cancelled and we received no notice of this change, the push back to another week..

Hi, Janette did a great job overall, in what was a loan process complicated by several external (eg wildfires and near evacuation) and internal factors (last minute need for subordination pw needed). Although we did have a couple of complications, Janette worked hard for us, and demonstrated excellent communication and responsiveness which was key for us.
Natalie is awesome! She is a timely knowledgeable professional. We enjoyed working with with her. Rob & Laurie

Monique was fabulous but unfortunately the company does not give her the band width to be able to perform her job correctly. It took over 4 and a half months to close the loan. Monique tried everything in her power to try and find out where the snag was in the process. I even spoke to her immediate boss that couldn't help the situation. In my opinion the entire process was a joke. Towards the end of the process there was another snag of an internal issue that took over 2 weeks to solve.
