Entire process was coordinated electronically at an overseas location. Expectations weren't clear for closing and presented some issues during the first attempt.
Not happy
I got what I expected.
Communication and very easy to complete
Some times I was given weekly updates but at times I had to call to get an update because weeks had gone by without any updates. The application was submitted on August 3rd but the closing wasn't until December 1st. I consider that pretty lengthy considering my mortgage is with PennyMac so most documents are already there. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the outcome.
