The team work and communication between penny mac services and me was terrible I.even got my realtor involved to try and hit time and guide me more through what can be done because the lack of communication with the penny mac agent assign to me. Even had to take complaints to her boss to finally get thing resolved.
I was delighted that my closing was ahead of schedule and that there was minimal stress in completing the document requests. The system was easy to use and all of the communications were clear and prompt.
