0 star...Worst experience today, even with the superviser Mr. Josue...no customer service... Penny mac is the worst mortgage company I have encountered over the years.. They do analysis every few months and increase your monthly payments...then charge you with late fees even for the automatic payments... No negotiations or kindness towards the request to waiver the fees.... This is horrible. I am planning to change the mortgage company and does not recommend to anyone...
