Overall,PennyMac fast tracked our re-fi and we couldn't be more thankful. The only criticism we has is,that we're being made to pay our pay offs, rather than PennyMac doing this for the borrower.I believe it should be PennyMacs job to take do this.

Need a good communication between the title team and the lender. Sometimes, documents was received by the either team without notifying others. I had a lien from the HOA on 2019, everything was paid in full on the same year.
