I’ve been with the company for one year and a couple months and never missed a late payment. I didn’t have a problem with them until I joined the military. This is when the company turned there backs, and refused to lift a one time late payment on my record while I was serving and had no way to communicate with my realtor of a honest error she made. PENNYMAC responds was very rude, and they had no compassion about the situation. The late payment that they refuse to lift also cost me my once perfect score to go into the fair ... read more
