AVOID ASSUMPTIONS WITH PENNY MAC AT ALL COST!!! To say this transaction was a complete nightmare is an understatement. It took over 90 days, the file was switched from loan officer to loan officer, and finally was left on some ones desk that left the company, for weeks!! Now the loan has been switched to the new buyers, and Penny Mac has wiped our portal so that I have no access to our tax records, payments or anything. They also REFUSE to help, or give me our tax documents for when we were the owners of the home. When the l... read more
