Lack of timely and accurate communication. Closing got postponed several times due to errors from PennyMac underwriting.
Everyone especially Juan was great. Jack was very helpful to assure we did not have to stay in hotel for 3 days with 2 dogs and a cat. Thank you again , great experience and we love our home.... Joyce and Mike Stevenson
The loan process took so long that I had to re send Docs and Bank statements 3 times. The market interest rates dropped during the long process. Pennymac did lower the rate to match market online rates.
could have gone much faster with fewer requirements
First time I had my current lender suggest a refi instead of me having to shop around and the process went vey smoothly
Sharyl can continue to work on her communication skills to improve for future clients. Sharyl often came across as hurrying me off the phone without explaining the process, what was needed, using common language instead of loan jargon or at least explaining the jargon she is using for someone new to the home loan process, and attempting to seem friendlier.

I was told it would take 6 weeks for the whole thing to close and be over. It took 5 months! I am very happy with the end results. I was just not very pleased waiting 5 months.
