Overall, I had a great experience. The customer service and communication was phenomenal, from my loan officer to my primary point of contact from the m.a.c. team who helped me through my loan's closing. It was a simple and smooth process.

Barbara was great however it seems too many people did different parts of the loans. I had to submit documents when i was told by Juan that I wouldn’t have to. I was given a closing document by Barbara and then check my email the next day to find out a different one was sent by someone else that had me paying over $2,000 for closing. Then Barbara had to rush to get stuff fixed so we could close in time. She got it taken care of but it seemed like she went thru unnecessary hoops.
