Was a very good experience and process moved along great.
Initial closing was cancelled and was not determined why until after several days. Eventually reached out to My'Esha to have rescheduled.

The process took over two months. It was a refinance with no appraisal needed. There’s no reason it should take that long.
Every week I got an e-mail saying nothing pending and I found it very irritating. I wish I would have only gotten an e-mail when there was something actually happening and not we are working on it. I would have figured out you were working on it even if I hadn't gotten any e-mails. This process took 3 times longer than I would have thought but I kept hearing because of Covid-19 we are behind and I was sick and tired of hearing things ground to a halt because of it.
