Alfred Reams is the only reason we continued with the Refinance with Pennymac. Alfred Reams answered our questions every time and got back to us in a timely manner. Mariely Delgado gave us incorrect closing information/amounts and could not explain the reason why amounts were different on the closing documents a few days later. Alfred Reams answered our questions at the end and made us feel more comfortable with the process.
Lack of communication.

Our loan process was so fast and so easy!! Everyone at pennymac were helpful and friendly! I highly recommend pennymac!
During these trying times covid-19 some of these questions are not fair. My overall experience was great.
The phone was always answered quickly unless it was around lunch time, and if I left a message I received a call back the same day or next. It was an easy process despite some delays, but I don’t feel the delays were caused by anyone on the team helping me, so I don’t have any complaints about it.
Once the closing date was set and finalized everything went great.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a smooth, painless process. Charisse was super friendly and easy to work with.
Raven Kid was very pleasant and communicated very well. She was very patient understanding of my difficulties and understanding some of the document in question. Overall she made the experience Pleasant.
