Although, due to the current covid situation my re-fi took a bit longer than I expected, all the the people that I worked with thru out the process were very courteous and helpful. The day of closing. I wasn’t told that my closing documents had change. The day of closing. My closing cost were 1k more than what the disclosure documents had. Again no one reached out to me to let me know before closing. I was blind sided and I called Jessie and he said he didn’t know why that happen. He said he needed to look into that and get back to me but he never got back to me. Also there were 2 Z’s at the end of my last name on the closing documents. My last name is with 1 Z not 2.
