I had 2 failed closings because PennyMac failed to communicate. They also lost my information for a time, provided incorrect closing documents multiple times, rarely returned my calls, and never walked me through ANY documentation or timeline for the process. I am thoroughly unimpressed and dismayed that a financial institution this large managed to handle a refinance so poorly. I’ve tried escalating to Edward Vansciver multiple times with ZERO returned calls or voice mails. Never again.
