Cannot say much about miss Allen as I don’t believe I got to communicate with her. Due to my mistake of choosing the wrong date for closing, the rescheduling of same took longer than I expected. That being said the young lady, Christina, assigned the closing did a great job. She was courteous, informative and professional. I am expecting final mail of documents to set up payment of new mortgage to began 1/1/2021. Thanks for making this decision comfortable. God bless America

You made it easy to get through the process and the eSign process made the initial process very easy; the paperwork was definitely minimal compared to our previous loan and the notary who witnessed the actual signing was very thorough and easy to work with; my experience with PennyMac has been very good and it has been proven why they are rated so well throughout the mortgage loan community!

I felt like the process was easy and understandable. Everyone I dealt with for the refinance was very professional, easy to with and prompt with everything. I felt as though those who assisted me were very open to questions and made sure I understood the entire process. A great job was done during this pandemic.
