We are very pleased with the services from Drew. He kept us informed from start to finish about the process and what we needed to do. We have no issues, except that we would like a copy of the closing documents, and have not been provided that information as of yet. The notary sent to our home was going to email us a copy, but it has been over a week now and we have not heard anything from him. I sent an email to PennyMac yesterday and received a generic response. Hope an answer will come soon.
