Timothy King was great with communication and very pleasant to work with. The problem was Penny Mac, not him. It took over 3 months to refinance, which seems very long. Especially since you already held my account and there were no changes at all to our work history, finances, etc.
I had an overall great experience.
The prices was clear and understandable and my agent was thorough and accurate and communicated everything in a manner that made it easy to follow! Great experience!
