The MAC team answered my questions and helped me to close on my loan quickly. I am glad that my calls were returned within a reasonable time period and that Suzanne was patient and honest getting me the information that I requested.
An error in the closing documents were informed over and over to the point that the closing date was changed three time and in my opinion Yester did her best to make other people make the necessary corrections but they kept failing.
On a scale of 1-10 Raveena was a 37. If I called with a question, I got an email and/or phone call back in a very timely manner in a very busy business workload. SHE IS A SWEETIE!

The communication about the closing was very poor. I was not notified that a notary was not found until the day of. The notary was not sent my Document until minutes before she was due to meet us for the closing.
Painless process. Fastest closing EVER. PennyMac - Love it!
Couple of issues - There was request for flood certifications on website. But after repeated request for clarification I did not get a clean answer until I reached out to the loan officer. - Incorrect information about esccrow account was communicated. I was told that the escrow account will be used towards the loan. I knew that to be incorrect. But a less informed persoon could be mislead. Finally - the website is poorly designed. The consumer site is a disaster. The upload site is ok.
