The positive personality of the representatives.
Lauren was amazing. She was on the ball. My loan got shoved off on her after my loan officer was no longer with the company at the last minute. I was called by another person who claimed to setup my closing which turned out to be false. Lauren got it handled right away and we then the documents she was sent were wrong causing a second closing to happen. She was able to get to redone very quick. The ball was dropped and landed in Lauren’s lap she got it done. Her boss is slack no calls retur
Everytime i called the loan agent always answered. Very rare to have a call answered. I was impressed.
Tiffany is who helped me threw the whole thing . I was waiting for a call back from another member who later I found out this person did not get back to me till I reached out to Tiffany and again not her department but she got me the help I needed . Please give this young lady a raise .
Regina and Rod were great. The service they provided was top notch. I felt like I was being treated by a boutique shop rather than a larger company. The refinance has literally transformed our lives and we are back into what I would call middle class territory. I hope rates stay low so we can look at refinancing again in the future.
Nichole was very helpful. Whenever i did not understand something i could call and she would answer or get back to me within a few minutes. She was a tremendous help and very kind. She is a definite asset to your company
It was fairly great it wasn't the best I felt like the rude to many different people to work with and a couple times they had to get back to me on things that I don't think they were clear about it was about a 7 out of 10 total experience so I wouldn't call it great but it was a good experience
This was by far the quickest and easiest refinance I have ever experienced. Max did a great job communicating everything clearly and stayed in touch every step of the way. Thier software is easy to use, helps keep the process going by letting you know immediately if you missed something and keeps all your documents organized. We also closed sooner than expected. I would highly recommend refinancing through Penny Mac to everyone. Thank you Max!
Communication was not good at all. I asked several times for an updated pre loan closure and never received it. Brittany was nice on phone, but didn't follow through with my requests. Sev my orginal loan officer did a great job however.
